We are co-founded by Lauren Robinson and Brent Wisson, combining expertise in psychology, coaching, mental wellbeing, and women’s health-focused training.
Lauren Robinson
I am a qualified Menopause and Wellbeing Coach with a Master’s degree in Psychology, a CPD Diploma in Menopause Coaching, Level 2 Counselling Skills, and accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider. I am passionate about helping women become the best version of themselves- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My approach is empathetic, informed, and empowering, supporting women to navigate hormonal change, confidence shifts, identity, stress, and wellbeing during menopause and beyond.
Brent Wisson
I have over 10 years’ experience as a Qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in women’s health and menopause‑focused strength and fitness, with a strong understanding of perimenopause. I support women through the physical and confidence changes that often accompany this stage of life.
I deliver tailored training that builds strength, energy, and resilience, while supporting hormonal health, bone density, and long‑term wellbeing.
My approach helps women feel capable, confident, strong, and empowered again, supporting improved mood, reduced stress, and sustainable wellbeing.
Together we are bridging the gap between mental wellbeing, education, and physical health—ensuring women feel strong, informed, confident, and supported throughout perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
