We offer a range of coaching and training plans to suit your needs, from 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, personalised, menopause specific online training/movement plans and a combination of Menopause Coaching and Training together.

Menopause Coaching takes you through an 8-week plan looking at your perimenopause/menopause symptoms, understanding what’s happening and why, then we begin to set a goal. Each week we will cover a different area from lifestyle adjustments, nervous system calming, routines and habits, mindset and more. All with the aim of achieving your goal during our time together, whether this is to find more balance, have more time, feel calmer, or to change your mindset. Available 1:1 or as part of a small group of up to 6 people. Delivered online from the convenience of your home or office.

Menopause Training has a look at your current movement levels and ensures we can incorporate moving in a way that increases bone density and supports muscle tone. Working alongside any cycle you may have and ensuring that our hormones are balanced. In turn, providing your body with what it needs to be strong and take you into the future with confidence, increasing self-awareness and improving mood. The plan works with you, whether you have access to a gym or want to work out at home, whether you haven’t moved for a while and are not sure where to start, or you are an avid gym goer who perhaps isn’t getting the same results as you used to. We are here to help. After an initial call, your tailored plan will be available for you to follow with the use of an app, with lots of check-ins and access to a group of like-minded women if wanted. You are not in this alone!
