1. About the Service

These services are provided by Lauren Robinson and Brent Wisson, trading as Empower Her,  Empower Her provides online menopause coaching services including 1:1 sessions, small group coaching, and personalised exercise plans delivered via Trainerize.

2. Services and Pricing

The following services are offered:

1. Menopause Coaching (1:1 – 8 weeks): £699
2. Menopause Group Coaching (8 weeks, up to 6 participants): £400 per person
3. Menopause Training (individualised training support): £150
4. Menopause Coaching and Training (combined programme): £699 plus £100 per month ongoing subscription until cancelled

A free 15-minute consultation is offered before purchase.

3. Health Disclaimer

All services are for educational and wellbeing purposes only. Empower Her does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health or exercise routine. Participation is at your own risk.

4. Exercise & Trainerize Use

You confirm you are medically fit to take part in exercise. You agree to disclose any relevant conditions or injuries. All exercise plans delivered via Trainerize are followed at your own risk.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions. You agree to engage fully with the programme and seek medical advice where appropriate.

6. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions must be booked in advance via Calendly or agreed methods. Late attendance may reduce your session length.

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in advance unless a payment plan is agreed. Subscription payments must be maintained to continue access to services.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions may be charged in full. Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

9. Group Sessions

Clients must respect the confidentiality of other participants. Recording or sharing content from sessions is not permitted.

10. Confidentiality

All personal information shared is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm.

11. Technology Platforms

Services may be delivered using Trainerize, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Calendly. While reasonable measures are taken, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the property of Empower Her and are for personal use only. They must not be shared or reproduced.

13. Results Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empower Her is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services.

15. Termination

Services may be terminated if payments are not maintained or terms are breached. Clients may cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time, however, no refunds are provided for services already delivered.

16. Data Protection

Your data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR. A full Privacy Policy is provided separately.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
