Why & How We Do What We do
Lauren Robinson-
I have a PHD in Psychology followed by specific Menopause Coaching training, focusing specifically on Women experiencing hormonal changes. It is my passion to turn this knowledge into practical, usable tools.
My approach is holistic and evidence-based, using my psychological insight, lifestyle strategies and up to date knowledge on Menopause to help you feel educated and move towards feeling more like yourself again. We will work together over an 8-week period, building on incremental changes addressing areas such as mindset, lifestyle changes, stress management and nervous system calming.
I believe that Menopause is a natural transition in life that can be a positive and empowering experience, bringing opportunities for growth, self-awareness, and well - being. While I do not offer medical advise we can work alongside any medical plan you might have in place.
Brent Wisson -
After working in the fitness and wellness industry as a qualified Personal Trainer for over a decade, I have seen first hand the impact that moving our bodies can have on people’s lives. Specialising now specifically on Women’s Health, I have a detailed understanding of the hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause, menopause and beyond and importantly, how to navigate them through movement.
My approach is empathic; I work with you at whatever level of fitness you are currently at and help you build up the foundations needed to maintain muscle mass, improve bone density and keep you confident and empowered. I will support you during hormonal changes, as well as pushing you when required, keeping you accountable to your own health.
You will have the use of an online app where you can see the structured workout plans, record daily habits and be part of a group of likeminded people (if wanted)
